You know your subject. So why does your mind go blank the moment it matters?

For women who are brilliant at their jobs - and still go quiet when the pressure lands.

Get The Meeting Room Reset - three things to do in the five minutes before a high-stakes meeting, so you say what you came to say instead of the smaller version of it.

I’m going to show you how to…

Walk into your next high-stakes meeting with a five-minute reset that keeps your mind online - so you say what you actually came to say.

Know exactly what to do when your body gets there first - the racing heart, the hot face, the sudden blank - so you can bring yourself back in ninety seconds without a single person in the room noticing.

Have a sentence ready for the moment you're put on the spot - so instead of freezing while someone fires questions at you, you take the pause, hold the room, and answer on your own terms.

Stop driving home replaying the meeting - no more rehearsing the thing you wish you'd said, because you'll have said it, out loud, in the room where it counted.

hey there,

I'm Susana Ritto

For years, I sat in senior meetings knowing my subject inside out — and still couldn't get the words out. There was a colleague on my management team who'd fire questions at me, and while I was still forming an answer to the first, she was already on the fifth. I'd sit there with my face burning, saying nothing, terrified that if I opened my mouth I'd cry. Then I'd drive home replaying it, telling myself I wasn't quick enough. Not sharp enough. Not clever enough for that table.

It took me a long time to work out that this wasn't a confidence problem, and it certainly wasn't an intelligence problem. My body was reacting faster than my thinking could keep up — and no amount of preparing harder was ever going to fix that. What did work was amazingly simple and took only five minutes. I could do it in a lift, at my desk, in the last minute of the meeting before. Nobody ever noticed.

So I put it into this toolkit — for every woman who's brilliant at her job and still goes quiet the moment the pressure lands. You don't need to be braver.

You need your body on your side.
